Top Form Contracting is a family owned and operated business. The company was built in 2006, in Oregon, by native Oregonians. This company has been in our family for twelve years, and we treat our team members and customers as family.
We are proud to provide services for the Willamette Valley and surrounding cities, and we know how important sustainability and green upgrades are for our neighbors. That’s why we have undergone specialty training in building for energy efficiency.

Top Form Contracting is owned and operated by Gabe and Jenny Miller. Gabe has been working in the industry since he was eighteen years old, gaining a vision for design and understanding of all aspects of every construction project over his many years in the industry. When you work with Top Form on your next build or remodel, you will benefit from Gabe’s firm grasp of every facet of construction.
When you first call to schedule a consultation, you will most likely talk to Jenny. She is passionate about communication and customer service. In her own words, she feels like others should be treated “as you would want someone to treat your mom.” That could be because she is a mother, Gabe and Jenny have two teenage daughters they are raising right here in Albany.

Top Form Contracting is a local business, supporting local charities and causes. We donate to the Albany Boys and Girls Club, Casa of Linn County, ABC House, Albany Public Schools Foundation, and sponsor local sports teams. We were also involved in the remodeling of a classroom at LBCC which provided a private space for veterans called Veterans’ Lounge. We love supporting local causes and working with the many amazing people in our community.
